Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza - Windermere

Stopped in for a late weeknite dinner. We weren’t disappointed at all. While they were not very busy, they were friendly and very attentive We shared the spicy pasta with vodka sauce and also spicy pepperoni pizza. Both were good, but the pizza crust stole the show. Thin and crispy, perfectly cooked. Our server (wish we remembered his name) was excellent. Fast and checked on us often. We didn’t realize it was a chain but will seek out closer locations. It’s a good place.

A hidden gem in Windermere. We recently visited Piesanos Pizza and were absolutely blown away by the experience. First off, the outdoor seating ambience is just fantastic—relaxed, cozy, and perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful evenings. For those who prefer indoor dining, the interior is spacious, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of room for families or groups. Our server, Jeremiah, was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat—he made the whole experience even better. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and it really shows in the service. Now let’s talk food. The complimentary garlic rolls were a delightful surprise—warm, fluffy, and served with an amazingly rich marinara sauce that we couldn’t stop dipping into. The hot chicken wings were another standout—cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The pizza? Just outstanding. The crust was perfectly crisp, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful, with a wide selection of both meat and veggie options that made choosing a challenge (in the best way). The broader menu also impressed us with its variety, and the kids menu had great choices for our little ones. Although the food took a little longer than we expected, it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. You could tell they take pride in what they serve. This is definitely a local spot we’ll be coming back to whenever the pizza cravings hit. We’re already planning to try more of their menu next time—maybe the pasta or one of their appetizers. Highly recommend Piesanos to anyone looking for a great meal in a wonderful setting.

First time eating here and it wasn't absolutely amazing, but I'd definitely go back to try more of the menu. We ordered the meatball appetizer and a pepperoni, spicy sausage, fresh mozzarella pizza. The pizza could easily be my go to if we lived in the area. It was tasty. I didn't like the sausage, but toppings can be changed out. The meatballs were massive and seemed homemade. Very good! We didn't like the complimentary rolls at all. They were very different and some people might love them, but we didn't. Fresh baked rolls coated in Italian dressing and sprinkled with freshly grated cheese. Just a flavor preference for us. We'll be back to try more!

After a subpar dinner here a month ago, we gave Piesanos another chance. The food was excellent. It took a little longer to come out, but that was probably due to the Calzone we ordered. When it arrived it was hot. Service was much improved and attentive. All 3 adults and 2 toddlers were well taken care of. Chicken Marsala and Lasagna was very tasty. We enjoyed our meal and happy that we returned. We will be back!

Piesanso’s at Windermere is a hidden gem I’m Irish and my partner is from here and lives locally. This restaurant is just such an amazing place for food. We come here very frequently. We would have had most of the staff as servers now and the service is always amazing. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It’s aesthetically very nice. The food is so lovely. I’m a very fussy either and eat very plain but I love what I get and my boyfriend loves coming here too as there’s no much choice on what to get. Portion sizes are good too. Bread rolls are a must, and because I’m fussy we get the dressing on the side and it’s never an issue and we both can enjoy. This is definitely a place to check out and is good value for money. Lots of choices everyone to have something to enjoy, nice atmosphere and welcoming and attentive staff. Great experience as always, we’ll be back again soon

The cauliflower pizza I am telling you guys it is the best pizza I ever had it and I live in New York. It is better than the regular pizza. I swear to God I don’t know how they do it. It’s insane. It’s really insane. Try to cauliflower pizza it’s absolutely amazing.! Ava is so friendly and nice Emily and her make a great team ! Jonathan smiles and is checking in on us making sure everything is Good ! Who does the hiring at this place? I’m serious who does the hiring at this place everybody that works here is so so nice but the top of all the food is excellent again the cauliflower pepper pizza and the meatball appetizer was amazing. come check this place out right away!
